Project Overview

A .NET Core MVC utility that turns invoice numbers into scannable barcodes, so invoices can be looked up or verified with a scanner instead of manual entry. Each barcode is generated from an invoice number, labeled with the readable number underneath, and can be exported as a print-ready PDF — either one at a time or as a full batch.

Barcode images are generated using the ZXing.Net library, and the PDF export pipeline is built with iTextSharp (iTextSharp.text and iTextSharp.text.pdf), which handles laying out each barcode and its label onto a document that's ready to print directly onto invoices or labels.
